Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for making the balls.

Step 2

Fry them and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok.

Step 4

Add one by one ginger, green chillies, onion and capsicum.

Step 5

Saute till onion and capsicum are done.

Step 6

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, veg stock, tomato sauce, sugar and salt.

Step 7

When it boils, add cornflour paste.

Step 8

:- Do not add the balls now if u r not serving it immediately.

Step 9

Before serving, just heat the gravy and add the fried veg. balls.

Step 10

:- It is better if u can add egg, it`ll make the balls more crisp. Don`t worry... I`m a pure veg & adding that egg did not bring in its taste to the curry.
