Directions

Step 1

For preparing vegetable-chicken chopsuey, cook the noodles in boiling salt water and then drain it. Wash it under tap water and mix it in oil. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Cook the chicken pieces in salt water, drain it and shred it. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles until golden brown. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.

Step 4

In the same pan, heat oil and sautT the spring onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 5

Toss in the cooked chicken, soya sauce, carrots, capsicum, cauliflower florets, spring onions and cabbage. Saute it for 10 minutes over low flame and remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Mix in the fried noodles.

Step 7

Vegetable-chicken chopsuey is ready. Serve immediately.
