Step 1

Wash rice and boil it in salted water without covering.

Step 2

When rice is done, strain it through a strainer and let it cool.

Step 3

Heat oil in a vessel or kadai.

Step 4

Fry the onions slightly.

Step 5

Add carrots, beans and capsicum and continue frying,

Step 6

Add boiled rice along with aji-no-moto, salt, soya sauce and vinegar.

Step 7

Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame while continuously stirring it.

Step 8

Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.

Step 9

Garnish with tomatoes and peas.

Step 10

:- Serve hot.

you can add one tea spoon sugar in stead of ajinomotta.

hmm!!!!! This is really good.i have one suggestion.can we add some dry fruits like grapes,almonds(fry these 2 in ghee).

It was a a very nice reciepe but I think adding the tomatoes and peas on top takes away the charm.....of chinese cooking a lil bit of green chillies would not go a miss
