Step 1

Prepare the idli batter just like you prepare for plain idlis.(Pls refer plain idli recipe)

Step 2

Finely chop the carrots, french beans and the cabbage.

Step 3

Mix it with the Idli batter along with the peas.

Step 4

Follow the method of making plain Idlis.

Step 5

Makes: 50 medium size Idlis.


easy to prepare and nutritious also.


Very easy way to feed kids with vegetables. My one year old loved it.
