Ingredients

Step 1

Microwave beans and carrots for 4 mins on high to cook them.

Step 2

Grind together ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander, mint, cashew nuts to a paste by adding water and the milk used for soaking.

Step 3

Heat little oil in a pan.

Step 4

Add onions and saute.

Step 5

Add green peas (after washing them) and fry for sometime.

Step 6

Add garam masala and saute for sometime.

Step 7

Add ground paste and saute for 1 min.

Step 8

Add beans, carrots, potatoes and salt and mix well.

Step 9

:- Check if all the vegs are cooked well.
:- If not, add little water, cover and cook on a low flame, till it is done.

Step 10

Add coconut milk and stir well.

Step 11

Warm it through.

Step 12

:- Do not boil it. It should contain gravy, but should not be too watery.
:- If the gravy is less, add some more coconut milk.

Step 13

:- Serve hot with chappathis, bread or appam.

Hi, I TRIED IT AND IT CAME OUT WELL.ONLYTHING I USED FROZEN VEGETABLES INSTEAD OF FRESH...AS IT WAS AVAILABLE.MY HUSBAND IS A VEGETARIAN AND HE LIKED IT TOO.THANKS FOR SHARING THE RECEPIE. NISHA
