Step 1

For preparing vegetable oats cutlet, take a bowl and mix in carrot, oats, bottle gourd, cabbage, chilly powder, oregano, lime juice, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well.

Step 2

Make small balls and make cutlet shapes. Keep them aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till brown in colour on low flame.

Step 4

Vegetable oats cutlet's are ready. Serve hot.
