Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, fennel and pepper in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, carrots, zucchini and onions.
Add this to the dry ingredients and stir, until combined.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan, on a medium heat.
Pour the batter by tablespoons into the pan.
Make a few small pancakes at a time.
:- You can make upto 2 - 3 small pancakes(just like u make poories).
Cook for about 2 mins on each side, until golden brown.
Add the remaining oil to the pan as needed.
:- Serve with sour cream or any chutney.
:- This pancake is best for children who don`t like vegetables.
