Soak rice for about 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden colour.
Add tomato and fry for some time.
Add all the vegetables and fry again.
Add rice along with 2 1/2 cups of water.
Add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Pressure cook till you hear 2 whistles.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
