Ingredients

Step 1

Take a large bowl and put all the above ingredients into it and mix them well.

Step 2

Add the reqd quantity of water and knead the mixture together to form a smooth and stiff dough.

Step 3

Make small balls off this dough.

Step 4

Take an aluminum foil greased with 1/2 tsp of oil and flatten a ball on the foil to get the shape of roti with wet hand (this will avoid the dough sticking to your hand).

Step 5

Pre-heat a non-stick pan on the stove with 1 tsp. of Oil.

Step 6

Now place the aluminum foil on the pan with the dough on the pan surface and the foil facing upwards.

Step 7

Gently peel off the foil and let the roti to cook till it becomes light brown on both sides.

Step 8

Repeat the same for the rest.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with butter on it.
