Step 1

Steam the potatoes and peas separately.

Step 2

Cut the onions into small pieces.

Step 3

Take some oil in a fry pan.

Step 4

Add onions and cut green chillies and fry them until the onions turn transparent.

Step 5

Add the vegetables and fry them stirring continuously till they`re completely cooked.

Step 6

Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and keep this mixture aside.

Step 7

Mix maida with water and knead it well to make a dough.

Step 8

Roll this dough into even sized balls and make round shapes using a roller.

Step 9

Cut into 2 semi-circles.

Step 10

Place the veg mixture on one semi-circled shape and fold on three sides to make into a cone shape.

Step 11

Deep fry in oil until it becomes crisp.

Step 12

:-Serve hot with tomato ketchup.


if u add redchillipowder and garammasala for frying vegitables it will become more tasty.

Tried the recipe. Really tasty.


Sorry we tried indian recipe but it failed as we were not sure how much flour should we take. it became messy, no where close to the picture you have shown pl specify measures correctly many thanks J M widlak

First time making samosa. I made it without adding mint leaves. Still the taste was good.thanks
