Step 1

For preparing duck stew, take a pressure cooker and cook duck, potatoes, carrot, onions, beans, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, cloves, cinnamon and chicken soup cube with required water. Allow it to cook.

Step 2

Pour in the coconut milk and toss in the curry leaves. Do not boil and switch off flame.

Step 3

In a bowl mix in the maida with a little water to make a lump free liquid.

Step 4

Pour the maida mix into the duck stew and mix it well.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Veggie-duck stew is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice, etc.
