Step 1

For preparing veggie masala dry, boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker with salt and water.

Step 2

Heat coconut oil in a pan and sautT the onion till it becomes transparent.

Step 3

Add in garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala.

4)Then add in the tomato and green chillies. Fry well.

Step 4

Toss in the cooked potatoes, carrot and beans. SautT it well with a little water. Allow it to cook for some time.

Step 5

Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer on low flame.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.

Step 7

Veggie masala dry is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
