Step 1

For preparing veggie mint sandwich, first grind together the ingredients for mint coriander chutney: coriander leaves, mint, lime juice, green chilly, ginger, sugar and required salt.

Step 2

Slice the vegetables into thin slices and sprinkle chaat masala, pepper and required salt. Toss the veggies.

Step 3

Butter the bread slices and spread a generous quantity of mint coriander chutney.

Step 4

Now, spread the veggies on top in desired quantity.

Step 5

Top with the buttered slice. Repeat same procedure with remaining slices.

Step 6

Veggie mint sandwich, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
