Step 1

Cook the cucumber along with some water, chillies and salt.

Step 2

Grind together the grated coconut and cumin seeds.

Step 3

Add crushed mustard seeds to it and mix well.

Step 4

When the cucumber is completely cooked (there should not be any amount of water left in the vessel), add the ground coconut mixture into it and mix well.

Step 5

Season it with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 6

Allow it to cool.

Step 7

Add curd to this mixture and mix well.
