Easy to make curry with Lady`s finger (Vendakka)

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 2

Add vendakka pieces and sautT, till you get rid of its¦ stickiness.

Step 3

Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves and sautT again.

Step 4

When the onion gets sautTed lightly, add turmeric powder and coriander powder.

Step 5

Saute, till the raw smell of the powders leave.

Step 6

Add thin coconut milk and mix well.

Step 7

Cover and cook for 5 mins.

Step 8

After 5 mins, remove the cover and stir well.

Step 9

Add thick coconut milk and remove from the flame.
