Step 1

In a pan, add little ghee and roast broken vermicelli and keep it aside.

Step 2

In another pan, boil the milk.

Step 3

Add the vermicelli and cook on a low heat for about 7-10 mts.

Step 4

Add sugar, crushed cardamom
and salt and bring to boil.

Step 5

Finally, sprinkle with fried cashewnuts and raisins.

Step 6

:-Serve hot or chilled.
