For preparing verum arisi ada - brahmins special, soak boiled rice in water for about 3 hours and then grind the same.
Add grated coconut to the ground batter.
Add salt to the batter. Note this batter should be in thick form.
Using hand make round shapes of this batter and fry it in oil.
Turn sides and cook.
