Preparation Method of Wheat Dosa :1)Mix wheat flour, milk, curd, salt and water well without lumps to form a loose batter of dosa consistency.
Heat non stick dosa tava.
Pour reqd batter and spread as thin as possible.
Add little dalda on the dosa and its edges.
Turn the side and cook till golden brown.
:- Wheat Dosa is ready.
:- The Wheat Dosa: goes well with almost all gravy and chutney.
