Take hot water mix with salt and mix wheat flour make dough and use Iddiyappam presser and steam with ten mins now it's ready

In pan add oil and saute onion and green chilly

Now add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes saute well

Now add all powders and curry leaves, saute well

Now add mint and green leaves mix well with little water
