Directions

Step 1

For preparing wheat porridge, first grind the wheat with water and strain in a clean cloth.

Step 2

The skin should be completely removed.

Step 3

Add the strained wheat with milk and sugar.

Step 4

Cook in low flame and make a semi thick porridge.

Step 5

A very healthy recipe for your baby.
