Directions

Step 1

Fry the wheat flour, till it`s colour is slightly changes

Step 2

:- just like frying rava.

Step 3

Keep it aside in a wide mouthed bowl.

Step 4

Add some salt to a cup of warm water and sprinkle it evenly over the flour and mix it like the rice puttu.

Step 5

Spread a clean, slightly moistened cloth over an idly thattu and spread the flour evenly.

Step 6

Spread the grated coconut over it.

Step 7

Cover with the lid and cook till steam comes out.

Step 8

:- Serve hot.

Delicious healthy recipe(Good for Diabetic people),Really It came out nice.If u wants mixing of wheat powder with salt & water can do in mixi in pulse mode.Also can make in put vessel . Thanks for ur recipe
