Step 1

For preparing Wheat Puttu-Gothambu Puttu, take a bowl, add salt and Atta. Mix well and add water little by little and make crumble. Then see the consistency of the flour and if its wet you can add more dry flour and whip.

Add the wheat flour mix into a mixer grinder and pulse it for 2-3 seconds.

Fill the puttu mould by adding grated coconut and wheat flour one after the other. Steam for 10 minutes or till done.
