For preparing yummy capsicum chicken, marinate the chicken with a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, garam masala and salt.
Keep for 30 minutes and cook till tender. Evaporate the remaining water and the sauce should be well coated in chicken.
Heat little oil in pan, add green chillies, garlic, onion and fry well. Sprinkle little water if required.
Add chicken pieces, and fry again.
Add capsicum and saute again. Sprinkle pepper powder and fry well.
