For preparing yummy cashew nut burfi, heat sugar on low flame in a pan for 3-4 minutes.
Add dry milk powder and stir for 1 minute.
Pour the above mixture in a bowl with cashew nut powder and cardamom.
Add very little water and mix well.
Add a spoon of ghee and mix well.
Grease a tin with a little ghee and spread the mixture in it evenly.
Yummy cashew nut burfi is ready. Cut it into desired shapes and serve.
