Step 1

For preparing egg fried rice, first boil water with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

Step 2

Add required salt and rice into it.

Step 3

When cooked, keep this aside.

Step 4

Heat little oil in a pan, add beaten egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble it and keep aside.

Step 5

Heat little more oil and fry garlic chopped, onion, green chillies and vegetables.

Step 6

Fry for little time. Add capsicum and fry it again. When the vegetables are half done, add soy sauce, chilly sauce, ajino moto, salt and pepper.

Step 7

Add little water and cook it.

Step 8

When masala is done, add rice and mix well.

Step 9

Now add the scrambled egg and mix well.

Step 10

Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
