Step 1

For preparing mushroom masala, wash the sliced mushrooms in luke warm salt water.

Step 2

Cook it in a steamer for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Fry onion, ginger and garlic in oil. Then add chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and coriander powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Add in tomato, mushrooms, salt and corn flour. Mix it well. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes with a closed lid. Remove from the flame.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 6

Mushroom masala is ready. Serve hot.
