Step 1

For preparing yummy mussels dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.

Step 2

Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.

Step 3

Marinate the mussels in this above masala over night.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and fry the mussels on both the sides. Keep it aside.

Step 5

In the same oil fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.

Step 6

Toss in the fried mussels and mix it well.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 8

Yummy mussels dry is ready. Serve hot.
