Clean the mutton and to this add tomato ,onion ,ginger,garlic,shallot.
And then add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Then to this add salt ,turmeric powder, and chilly powder.
Then mix well. .
Cook this in a pressure cooker.
Then heat another pan add oil in it and when its hot add 1 onion to it.
When its brown add coriander powder and garam masala to it.
To this add the cooked mutton. .
Then close the pan and add water if needed.
When the oil gets split from gravy.
Add curd to it.
Close the pan for 5 more minutes .
