Step 1

For preparing yummy pav bhajji, first cook carrot, potatoes, beans, cauliflower and cabbage in salt water.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes light brown in colour.

Step 3

Add in the tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder and pav bhajji masala.

Step 4

Toss in the cooked carrots, potatoes, beans, cauliflower, cabbage and green peas.

Step 5

Pour in a cup of water and allow it to boil well till it becomes thick.

Step 6

Mash the veggies with the back of the spoon or a potato masher.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.

8)Yummy pav bajji is ready. Serve hot with pav buns.
