Ingredients

  • raw mango grated 1 cup
    turmeric a pinch
    salt 1/4 sp
    sugar 3/4 cup
    cumin powder 1/4 sp
    red chilli powder 1/4 sp

grate raw mango add turmeric and salt .rest it for 5 minutes

add sugar to it mix and rest it again for 10 minutes

now put it in a pan and heat it until it is cooked and thickened
