Banana Sheera

Banana sheera also known as banana halwa is one such sweeet dish made at most of the puja functions in Mumbai. This delicious sweet is made with sooji or semolina, milk , sugar and bananas.This is very simple to make . Dry roast sooji in ghee add bananas and sugar to it. add hot milk and cook till it gets tickens and serve with nuts on it.

  • ripe banana 2
    sooji 1 cup
    ghee 1/2 cup
    milk 3/4 cup
    sugar 3/4 cup

roast sooji (rava) in ghee
