Ingredients

  • ragi vermicelli 1 large bowl
    onions sliced 1 cup
    red and green chili 4nos(together)
    curry leaves few
    grated carrots 1 cup
    grated beetroot 1 cup
    mustard 1 sp
    urad dal 1 sp

first soak ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes in water

in a kadai saute mustard urad dal, curry leaf, onion and chillies
