first marinate fish with salt and turmeric for 15 minutes.

then deep fry it oil and keep it aside.

now separately make a mixture of ginger garlic paste,salt ,turmeric,cumin powder,green chilli paste, red chilli,sugar and tomato ketup

heat pan fry onions, raisins,cinnamon

add cashew paste
