Ingredients

  • black gram 100 gms
    raw rice 2 tsp
    green chilli 2
    cumin seeds 1 sp
    salt to taste
    rice flour 1 sp
    curry leaf and coriander few
    onion 1 chopped

wash and soak urad dal and rice together for 45 mins.

grind this soaked dal along with green chilli , salt and cumin seeds

to this add curry leaf coriander leaf and rice flour and mix well.

also add onions and mix well

now take a portion and pat it in hand with a hole in it by touching water.
