  • Egg 1 no.
    onion 1/4 cup
    carrot 1/5 cup
    red chili powder 3 pinch
    pepper 3 pinch
    turmeric powder 1 pinch
    salt 1 pinch
    cumin seed powder 1 pinch
    coriander powder 1 pinch
    fenugreek seed powder 1 pinch
    curry leaves to garnish
    coriander leaves 1 tsp
    oil 1 tsp

chop the onion and carrot

in a bowl add egg, chopped onion, carrot, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, salt, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, fenugreek seed powder, coriander leaves and beet well

heat the tawa and pour the egg mixture and apply oil and cook for 2 minutes
