grated the coconut, powder the sugar and cardamom
in a bowl add rice flour salt and hot water and mix wellshape
make a dough
in a pan add coconut and saute it till it turn into brown
now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well
from a dough take some and make kozhukattai shape and stuff the coconut mixture.
cover the kozhukattai. and make this shape
In a steamer keep the kozhukattai and steam for 15 mins
now coconut kaozhukattai is ready
It is very tasty and different type of payasam and easy to cook with in 30 mins...
It is one of the chinese dishes and very tasty too...
