first fry the coconut and nuts using ghee
make a batter using all purpose flour ,water, salt and sugar (it should be sweet ,so add sugar more)
steam cook the banana
then using a mixer grind the banana nicely and make it soft
then make it ball shaped by adding few of our nuts and coconut which is already fried.
then mix these balls with the batter.
heat a pan add oil to deep fry and start frying when oil gets hot.
when both sides become brown keep out
and serve in the bowl
then add 2 scoops of ice cream to it.
pour some fried nuts and coconut.
and serve this hot and cold dish .
