Ingredients

  • curry leaves 1 cup
    small onion 4 or 5 no.
    green chili 2 no.
    red chili 2 no.
    ginger small piece
    Garlic 2 no.
    fennel seed 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    grated coconut 1/4 cup
    oil 2 tsp
    mustard 1/2 tsp
    broken urad dal 1/4 tsp

take coconut, curry leaves, ginger garlic, green chili, red chili, fennel seed, salt and onion
