Step 1

Cut mutton into small pieces.
Wash, drain and place it in the pressure cooker.

Step 2

Add salt, turmeric, little pepper powder, cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms and mix well.

Step 3

Pressure cook mutton for 10 minutes until tender. Keep aside
in a kadai/wok.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, onions, coconut pieces, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric and garam masala.

5)First pour the extra water from the mutton and fry this mixture until oil comes out. Add lemon juice and mutton and fry well till the colour of the whole mixture changes to golden brown.

Step 5

Again in a small kadai, add little oil and saute onions, curry leaves and pour this into mutton mixture and mix well. Enjoy.
