Ingredients

  • bran yard millet 1 cup
    urad dal 1/4 cup
    onions chopped 1 1/2 cup
    grated carrots 1 cup
    curry leafs few
    mustard seeds 1 sp
    channa dal 1 sp
    urad dal 1 sp
    salt to taste
    oil to cook

soak the millets and urad dal over night

grind it to a batter

allow it to ferment for 5 hours

in a pan saute mustard ,channa dal, urad dal and onions

to it add curry leaves, grated carrots and salt

add this mixture to the batter
