soak the poha in water for 10 mins
take a juice from lemon and chop the green chilli
heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram and broken urad dal
add lemon juice, green chilli, turmeric powder and salt
add poha and mix well
and allow in low flame for 3 mins
lemon poha is ready to serve
