Ingredients

  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
    Ghee 2 cup
    Sugar 1 cup
    Water 1/2 cup
    Ghee or butter as needed

Heat a pan pour gram flour to it and heat it in low flame

When its smell changes stir well

Pour ghee to it

Stir well

Mean while heat another pan and boil the water and sugar

When the sugar solution becomes fluffy or a thread form

Pour this to the gram flour mixture

Stir well

Stir continuously and when its start becoming tight off the flame

Mean while take a pan and apply some ghee or butter to it

Then pour the mixture to this pan

When it's cool
