Ingredients

  • nattu kozhi 1/2 kg
    onion 3
    tomato 2
    ginger garlic paste 4 tsp
    fennel seed 1/2 tsp
    cloves 2-3
    cinnamon 1
    salt to taste
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
    corrinder powder 1 tsp
    curry masala 1 tsp
    chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp
    pepper 1/2 tsp
    oil 6 tsp
    mustard 1 tsp
    curry leaves 1 bunch

grind the garlic ginger clove fennel seed and cinnamon and make fine paste

in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves

add ginger garlic paste and saute it until the raw smell goes out

add onion and saute it until it turn into brown

now add tomato and mix well

now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, curry masala, chicken masala, pepper and coriander powder and mix well till the smell goes out

add chicken and mix well till the masala binding it

dont add water, keep the flame in medium and fry it till the chicken get boil if needed add oil and sprinkle the water. and allow the chicken to get boiled and dry
