Ingredients

  • aloo 1 cup
    palak 1/4 cup
    onion 1
    green chilli 1
    carrot 1/4 cup
    beans 1/4 cup
    cabbage 1/5 cup
    capsicum 1/4 cup
    grated paneer 1/4 cup
    ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
    cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp
    garam masala 1/2 tsp
    maida 2 tsp
    rice flour 2 tsp
    corn flour 2 tsp
    oil to fry

chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum and make palak as paste

in a bowl add all vegetables, palak paste,onion, green chilli, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, ginger garlic paste, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well

heat the oil and add the balls one by one and fry it in medium flame until it cook well
