Poha Idli

Ingredients

  • poha 200 gms
    idli rice 200 gms
    urad dal 50 gms
    salt to taste

soak poha for 10 mins

separately soak rice and urad dal for 30 mins.

in grinder first grind rice and dal batter and then add poha to it.

add salt and let the batter ferment for 8 hrs.
