Ingredients

  • ragi 2 cups
    rice 1 cup
    urad dal 1/2 cup
    mustard
    urad and channa dals each 1 sp
    curry leafs few
    red chilli
    onion chopped 1 cup
    grated carrots 1/2 cup
    salt to taste

soak ragi urad dal and rice for 3 hrs. grind and ferment for 5 hrs
