Ingredients

  • soya chunks 1cup
    potato chopped 1cup
    tomato 4 no.
    cardamom 2 no.
    cinnamon 1 no.
    turmeric 1/4 spoon
    salt as required
    red chilli powder 2 sp.
    coriander powder 2 sp.
    garam masala powder 1/4 sp.
    grated coconut 1/2 cup
    cashews 3 no.
    poppy seeds 1/2 sp.

cook tomatoes and take purie out of it

cook soya chunks and strain the excess water

grind coconut along with cashews and poppy seeds

as the gravy boils add the cooked chunks
