this is my own recipe which is spicy and tasty

In a bowl add maida, water and salt and make as dough
boil the bengal gram
smash the bengal gram and chilli flakes and salt
in another bowl add smashed bengal gram, chilli flakes and salt and mix well
from maida dough take small ball and roll it
stuff the spicy bengal gram mix and cover it
roll the stuff maida in a small size
heat the tawa and boil both the side by applying oil
now spicy poli / kara opputtu is ready to serve, serve with chutney
It is very tasty and different type of payasam and easy to cook with in 30 mins...
