Ingredients

  • urad dal 100 gms
    raw rice 20 gms
    jaggery 100 gms
    gingelly oil or ghee 3 tsp

fry raw rice without oil.

also fry urad dal until golden brown

make a fine powder of both dal and rice.

fry this powder in ghee or gingelly oil

when fried add jaggery to it ans stir

after few mins ,it will turn to a halwa like substance becoming non sticky to the pan.
