heat a a pan add oil in it and put mustard when it splutters.
green chilly and sauté it well.
then add all powders and sauté
then pour the grinded fish to it
pour little water and close it for 5 mint.
then add the dried chilly to it and close again for 5 mint.
when it becomes a roasted state off the flame .
transfer to the serving dish .
